Safety and Hygiene are our highest priorities for all our clients, staff, and our community. We have put in place some preventative measures designed to reduce the risk of COVID-19 to everyone. These may change according to changes in government policy, regulations, and health advice. More importantly if you or anyone in your household has been unwell, recently returned from interstate or overseas travel, and/or have been in contact with a person with known COVID-19 infection or are exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19 or Influenza, then we ask that you contact us online, by phone, or by message to please reschedule your appointment instead of visiting us in-salon.

For everyone’s health and wellbeing, we will continue to follow strict hygiene with handwashing/sanitisation protocols before, during, and after every treatment to maintain a safe environment. We have adopted Queensland Health’s recommendations for social distancing where possible and cleaning. These include:

When mandatory, the wearing of masks due to the inability to maintain social distancing in the beauty room
Providing hand sanitiser for your use upon arrival and departure
